To promote a culture of diversity and excellence, the Government has launched the Multi-faceted Excellence Scholarship to fully fund university degrees. Each year, a total of 40 local students with outstanding achievements in sports, arts, social service, etc. are selected. Ng Cheuk Nam Anson has outstanding achievements in the field of sports. He has been enrolled in studying IBBA in CUHK. The tuition fees for his bachelor degree program is fully paid by the scholarship.
