The Shatin District Outstanding Student Election aims to recognize outstanding students; encourage a good academic atmosphere and improve academic standard; cultivate secondary school students’ leadership, self-confidence, correct values and cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility and team spirit, etc. Through multiple selection procedures, Lam Hiu Ching exceled among students in Shatin and was selected as one of the top ten Shatin Outstanding Students.

In 2023-2024, 4B Wong Kai Ming have been successfully selected to represent Pentecostal Lam Hon Kwong School in the UNICEF Young Envoys Program. After half a year of training, they will become the newest generation of young envoys, leading to advocate for the Convention on the Rights of the Child and speaking up for children.
