English Study Tour 2026 Thirty junior form students joined the English Study Tour to Brisbane from 1 July to 10 July. They attended international English classes and enjoyed activities like Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Paradise Country, and Infinity. A full‑day city tour let them explore Brisbane’s landmarks, while evenings with host families gave them a taste of the Australian lifestyle. The trip was a perfect mix of learning, fun, and cultural discovery. Scroll down to see photos and reflections from our students, capturing their unforgettable journey. Student reflections:

“Recently, I went to the Gold Coast, Australia, for our school’s 10-day English study tour. To begin with, we attended English lessons at the Australian International College of Language. Our teacher, Miss Mica, was one of the best teachers I have ever had. I loved her personality, and she had a way of making her lessons interactive and engaging. Once, she even took us to a grocery store for a scavenger hunt. Later in the day, we visited lots of interesting locations to experience Australian traditions and culture firsthand. Personally, I think one of the most memorable locations we visited was Kangaroo Point in Brisbane. The views were breathtaking, and I must have taken at least fifty photos.

A highlight of the study tour was meeting our homestay families. This was definitely the most rewarding part. I have always wanted to interact with native English speakers, and living with them for nine days was a dream come true. I am truly grateful for my host family’s hospitality and thoughtfulness. I was a bit reluctant to leave when it was time to go. Looking back, this was one of the best study tours I have ever gone on, and I hope to participate in more in the future.”

“I had never been to Australia before, so this was my first time! I was so excited, though a bit nervous because I had to take care of myself without my parents. Fortunately, the tour went smoothly. When we arrived, the clear sky and bright sun appeared before my eyes. I was amazed and quickly took a few photos. The views in Australia were truly stunning!

Soon after, we went straight to the school. The teachers were very nice and friendly. I will never forget spending time with my homestay family and friends. My host family was very welcoming, and we spent time playing board games together and chatting a lot. My friends and I had a wonderful time with them. I also learned a lot about Australia during the tour. For instance, we made our own boomerangs and discovered that Aboriginal Australians use them for hunting — how interesting! Beyond that, I learned to be more independent than before. Overall, I think this study tour was amazing and unforgettable!”

“I recently had the chance to join an amazing English study tour to Brisbane, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. To begin with, my first impression of Brisbane was definitely the beautiful weather and scenery. The soft sunlight and gentle breeze made the city feel so peaceful, and the sky was incredibly clear.

Another highlight of the tour for me was Infinity, a dazzling maze attraction filled with futuristic illusions and multi-sensory experiences that made the visit unforgettable. It was nothing like I expected — so fun and exciting! My friends, two teachers, and I were in the same group, and we screamed and laughed a lot as it was both thrilling and a little scary. Overall, this study tour was truly fantastic. Not only was it fun, but I also learned so much about communicating with others in English and became more independent. I really love and admire this country, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to visit Australia.”

“Going on this study tour to Brisbane was the greatest decision of my life so far! The views were visually striking, the people were outgoing, and the events organized were absolutely fantastic. We had time to play, time to shop, time to learn, and so much more. Staying with a homestay family was a superb opportunity to practice speaking English in everyday conversations. I truly feel I became much more fluent after this tour. It also helped me build good habits, such as making my bed every morning, not wasting water, and using English more often. This study tour has been an extraordinary experience — one that I will always treasure.”
